Volunteer Sandy Roberts joined the Alley Cat Advocates team as a volunteer in July 2021. In the last few months Sandy has helped check cats in to our program, fed dinner to cats post-surgery and helped with the discharge of cats back to their caretakers. She has also helped wash, dry and fold the mountains of laundry that we see every day. Because she was and is still a caretaker, Sandy appreciates just out important Alley Cat Advocates work is and she realizes the impact our organization makes. Sandy loves to help improve the lives of countless kitties, but she also loves that she can offer support to the rest of the team. Apart from her volunteer job, Sandy is a mom, Gigi, and a registered nurse. She is THAT crazy cat lady with 3 cats inside the house and 4 community cats. Plus, a rowdy rascally dog named Sherman!
