Alley Cat Advocates wants our caretakers and supports to know that we are following or exceeding all government recommendations to keep our staff, volunteers, and caretakers safe in the current environment of uncertainty and concern.
Check-in and discharge of cats is being done in the parking lot with no need for caretakers to enter the building.
The return of traps on Saturdays is also being done in the parking lot with no need for caretakers to enter the building.
For Trap Distribution on Saturdays, caretakers are to remain in their cars to complete paperwork and only 1 caretaker is permitted in the building at a time – with proper social distancing in place – to complete the process.
All cleaning protocols recommended by local, state, and federal agencies are being followed or exceeded in order that we play our part in keeping our community safe.
As trapping is a solitary affair and the cats have not gotten the message that breeding should cease at this time of human social distancing, we are working hard to continue to serve our community in a way that protects our community of 2 legged humans and benefits the 4 legged felines among us.
Please know that our costs continue unchanged and we rely on you, our donors, to do this awesome work. Please continue to show your support by donating here. We AND the cats thank you!
