Ed met Fluffy on a cold winter day. She continued to visit him and slowly he gained her trust. Ed was very proactive and contacted Alley Cat Advocates to get information on the care for Fluffy. Alley Cat Advocates helped Ed with all the tips and tricks to make for a happy community cat. Now, Fluffy gets to spend her days running around the neighborhood, as well as, going in and out of Ed’s garage. Ed has made a nice set up for Fluffy, including a winter shelter, and even a hay bale she loves to lounge on. Fluffy is still a very shy kitty, but she will sit on Ed’s lap for a good brushing! It took a long time for Fluffy to truly trust humans, but now she has created a bond that will last a lifetime. We are thankful for great caretakers like Ed, who by reaching out to Alley Cat Advocates, help make Louisville safer for community cats.
