Josh Kitterman lives in Indiana and works as a welder. He currently takes care of nineteen cats, and has been their sole caretaker for four years … caring, feeding and fixing the cats.
Josh feeds them once in the morning and once at night. His hungry cats go through eighty pounds of cat food every two weeks. The cats live in an old camper that he cleared out for them to sleep in at night. He has insulated the camper to keep the cats warm in the winter months.
Josh learned about Alley Cat Advocates from a former colleague. His tip for trapping cats is to mix chicken with wet cat food.
Josh, thanks for providing great care and spay/neuter for your colony! We’re glad to be a part of your special story.
